What should i get. The 250 costs 2500$ and has 2800 miles its an 07. The 650 is an 06 and has 4000 miles and costs 4300$.

I am 19 y/o. 6'3" 200lbs. Does anyone know how much the insurance will be? I will own it outright.

You can't buy anything the USA for 2500$. Because that kind of money does not exist in America. Now if you have $2500 your in business.

For your size I wouldn't say the 650 was too big. As the other guy said, it depends on how much freeway riding you mean to do. The 650 will be more comfortable, and safer too, on long, high-speed trips. And it will last longer. But if you never go more than, say 10 miles, over 60 mph, the 250 is fine.

Insurance is a lot for a 19 year old. If you already have health insurance for yourself, you might consider just insuring the bike for liability, which is the only insurance that is mandated by law. This means if you crash it, you pay for it yourself, but the insurance is much lower. If you are making payments, you have to have total coverage, but if you own it outright you don't. It's a calculated risk.
