I was a friends place for lunch today. She seasoned and floured the
tilapia. Very simple. I couldn't stand it. Neither could she. I
just don't care for the flavour, and I am not a big fan of fish
anyway. She bought it frozen, thawed and sauted it quickly. The
texture wasn't bad, but I think I'll stick with canned salmon if I'm
going to eat fish.
