Finally N73 is added to NSU

Rcadden will tell you about that. I helped him flash his N73 to the .3 firmware and he said the Bluetooth issue, the one you specifically describe, is fixed.
 
For those of you still seeing "no update for your phone" you can change your product code (with NSS) to seemingly anything except the APAC product code (the fillipeno one, which i had... and I was having that issue until the product code was changed)

When using NSS, what product code is everyone using (changing to) ??

When updating, will it erase all the phone contact, calender, applications, and games on the phone? Sorry for the noob question.
 
The "Bluetooth Bug":

1. The N73 (afaik) is only BT 1.2, and thus doesn't support having two devices connected at the same time. I have absolutely no backing for this whatsoever, and will test this theory on my way home tonight.

2. The bug was ONLY with gps units, for some reason. With .01 I could hold a connection to my headset, computer, and other phones no problem. But the gps unit wouldn't stay longer than 3-5 min max. After conversations with Wayfinder, it was decided that the .03 firmware fixed this, so I did it myself, and it did. I'm now able to hold a gps bluetooth connection as long as i want, with everything else constant, so it was indeed the firmware that fixed it.
 
you will have Arabic, English and French in your phone.....

some of my findings:

application manager still sluggish to load nothing changed there... music player is faster and the sound is much better than before... screen font seems a bit bigger and bolder.. going to gallery and then tracks when you search for a song it's a bit laggy and when i try to delete some of the letters of the search a trail of the font still there...

i will post more as i find



same thing here .. i have been for the past 3 hours trying to update a friend's mine and it cuts me off at the middle of the download.. it seems it doesn't save the update file in the computer it needs to re-download it again... crap
 
i think it all depends on your region after you update. NSU determines the region by product code.

for 1. mine doesnt suppress the camera
2. yea the # still works.

i have region 12 that is.
 
Well I just did mine; Downloaded and installed PERFECTLY the first time around.

Disclaimer: My N73 was a HK version with chinese firmware. I had previously re-flasheed it with the EURO1 firmware using Phoenix crack.

I had no complaints or abnormal operations before the upgrade, I just wanted the latest and greatest. I'm a total noob when it comes to these things, so if I did it, ANYONE CAN!
 
does anyone know the country code for region (11), i'm looking for the one with both traditional and simplified chinese with english
 
I have the HK firmware that I upgraded from 0.0.3 today. As I mentioned, the Contacts can now be displayed First Name Last Name format--yes, this is a big deal for me.

As to the standby screen being a bold font--I'm pretty sure I am NOT seeing this.
