I managed to get to a preview of 'The Return' (courtesy of the movie service @ www.magicnumbers.info/index2.html )and it seemed a goodish movie. So much so that I tagged along with some frienRAB to see it some time later when it was out on official release. This time though I thought it was dire - and so did they.
I know you spot the flaws in films when you see them second time around but the contrast this time was overwhelming. Was my initial enthusiasm anything to do with the fact that the preview was free and that we as a rent-a-crowd managed to whip ourselves up to a state beyond hysteria?
