10" or 12" Powered appropriately.

Either 2 or 4 of them.

What is the best decision to make? Fi would have to be a different model to be a 10".
If they are just "ok"

what would you get? And dont you dare say Kicker or Sony $#!t
 
They're all ok subs, which should make a pretty mediocre system. Enjoy.

The Orion HCCA is the bets of the 4, but none of them are going to give you good sound, just high SPL.
