fi btl or orion 2010 hcca122?

ok would a 12" fi btl be better then a hcca 122 2010 modal i want the best spl as well as sq for about 500 on the sub and it will be powered by a hifonics HFi2500d and the sub need to be a dual 2ohm so i can bring it down to a final 1 ohm load and the amp at 1 ohm will put out 2500rms
