So because it might cost jobs we should just allow them to run all over the nation, its people and the environment? How about the thousands of jobs that are eliminated or revenues cut substantially due to the spill? We just ignore that?

IF there were criminal actions here they should be prosecuted. I just read another three articles on this, at this point all signs point to NO criminal activity which means the investigation will turn up nothing in this regard.
