Yes but then you would be forced to give her credit for something...of course you could always complain she should have done her duty with that booty sooner.

I think that's a given, at least I hope so. It should be broken into two groups, regulatory and accounting IMO.

They don't seem to know that it does no one good by destroying a business and the thousands of jobs it produces over an accident

So because it might cost jobs we should just allow them to run all over the nation, its people and the environment? How about the thousands of jobs that are eliminated or revenues cut substantially due to the spill? We just ignore that?

No, I'm sorry, there are consequences for your actions, consequences as individuals, consequences for corporations.

IF there were criminal actions here they should be prosecuted. I just read another three articles on this, at this point all signs point to NO criminal activity which means the investigation will turn up nothing in this regard.

However, BP's extensive corner cutting is disturbing. A couple of good articles in todays WSJ regarding the spill.

Fuck that! Get your big-government bureaucracy out of here. The free market can fix this. At the very least, we should leave it up to the states. It's when the feds get involved that everything becomes a catastrophe.

Just stay in D.C. and twiddle your thumbs, Barack. Don't screw this up, too!

It's un-American to criticize or investigate businesses.

So Obama should just sit back and do nothing and get bitched out?

What a cynical lot.
