I came back this afternoon, and my 6100 is stuck with an "Attention 015" message. I unplugged the receiver for five minutes, then afterwards, it powers up and I get the same screen (stuck on 2 of 5). I reset by holding the power button and still no change. I have tried to contact Bell, but the Toll Free line goes immediately to a fast busy signal.
Before I contact a service tech, does anyone know if Bell is having signal problems or telephone problems today?
