Favourite Teen Film

as i said in another post empire recorRAB is my all time fave and the heathers in genius. the brat pack provide some of the great teens films ever, american pie and means girls are just plain funny.

Kevin Smith movies are always funny. :cool:
 
Got to be 'Secret of my Success'. MJFox was made for the part. Great music too. Eighties in a can! Fab film.

Mean Girls was so surprisingly good, I wasnt expecting much when I was forced to watch it with my girlfriend - but I found it so funny and entertaining (and the xmas dance, woooo!) Probaly the best teen movie Iver ever seen, with the worst being you got served.

Out of these 4 although Heathers is probaly the best due to its darkness + for Shannen Dohertys presence.
 
My favourite = Ferris Buellers day Off,
Mr Haversham's = Wierd Science

Neither of us will pick up the remote to switch if 'The Goonies' is playing - go figure..
 
One that I've always liked -that's a little different is-, "A Night In The Life Of Jimmy Reardon." It starred River Phoenix, and he was a romantic / intellectual teenager. It was set in the early 1960's and Phoenix was very good in it.
 
I would add Less Than Zero to the other 80s favourites like The Breakfast Club, Heathers, Say Anything, Pretty In Pink etc.

Also enjoyed Clueless, Election and Cruel Intentions.
 
LoaRAB of the ones already mentioned, including Pump up the Volume

I know it has been mentioned, but that film is ace. I have been looking for it on Sky for years and have never seen it on there :(
