Another Dirty Harry favourite of mine is the opening of The Enforcer where he negotiates with the gunmen who are holding hostages inside a shop:

Mayor: "What do they want"?
CE: "They want a car".
Mayor:"What are you gonna do"?
CE: "Give 'em one".

He then gets in the car,drives it through the shop window and takes out the bad guys.
