This may sound weird, but I've always been a fan of cartoon cities. Though they often go unnoticed by viewers, I think they play an important role in the development of an animated movie/series. The amount of effort and detail really shows in some of them. So right off the bat, heres a few of mine in no particular order.

1. Toon Town (Who Framed Roger Rabbit) - Very zany with its layout and I loved the entranceway going through the tunnel.

2. Duckburg (Ducktales) - Loved the detailed architect and bright colors.

3. Gotham City (Batman:The Animated Series) - I loved it mostly for its dark setting which contrasted nicely with the overall theme of the show.

4. St. Carnard (Darkwing Duck) - The skyline was pretty cool especially at the end credits. Also liked how the writers connected it to Duckburg with the long bridge.

5. Acme Acres (Tiny Toon Adventures) - Nice layout which highlighted the different areas (Downtown, Suburbs, Forest, Acme Looniversity, Wackyland).

I've always liked Kim Possible's hometown of Middleton. The city seems like it should be huge and bustling, and it's almost a mecca for technological development in the show since there's several science institutes, including a space center, yet all the neighborhoods and streets we see throughout the show make it feel like it could be any city around.

I love all those cities! I also like South Park,The city in futurama,The city in "The Incredibles",Gotham city from "Batman Beyond" and Metropolis from "Superman:the animated series".

I like San Zucchini from Attack of the Killer Tomatoes. They claim the town is very dull and boring, except for the occasional tomato attacks.

I'd have to say acme acres. it's like the united states, only it's smaller and is an island off the coast of california, plus people are actually nice over there,(hopes to not get bombarded with starbucks cups)
