Yes. Jean found out Scott was having a psychic affair with Emma. Even though it was not a physical one, considering Scott and Jean's psychic connection, it's probably just as bad, if not worse.

Why? Well, I sort of missed those issues. Apparently he was messed up over being possessed by Apocolypse (an immortal and very dangerous mutant). *shrug*
