Fast way to train pokemon?

Ohkay, so I'm playing pokemon diamond, and I'm at the Elite 4. I've just lost to Cynthia's Grachomp, so I was wondering a fast way to train up my team
My team is;

Level 67 Luxray

Level 45 Staraptor

Level 41 Rapidash

Level 46 Kadabra

Level 51 Dialga

and Level 53 Empoleon.

Those are my strongest pokemon, out of all the ones I've captured, any tips? I've tried using tons of Hyper potions and revives, but I still can't win. =// I've tried a good 20 times...
 
You could use a physic pokemon to win this battle easily, but this would take more time. You are just going to either use a water pokemon to win or just spend a few hours training your pokemon up in the highest level area you can get them to.
