I'm a 12 year old girl almost 13 and I am asking for help. I have medium brown hair, hazel eyes, and sorta tan skin. I look good in the colors gray, red, and cool colors pretty much. I love skinny jeans, and I am 5'3" and I want to learn how to put eye liner on really thin. Any Fashion/ Beauty tips?
