Factory Car Radio Wire Incident?

Ok, I have an Accord 2000 V6 EX, and when installing my deck into the car. My idiotic brother accidently cut the factory wires to install the deck. - Is there a way I can replace the factory wires with a new one? Am I able to buy a wire harness off Ebay or something to soulder them back together?
 
if he cut the wire ,why just not solder it back together now
or use terminal connectors ?
