This suddenly occur this morning since I woke up. Last night everything was normal.
I have a horrible neck pain possibly within the center of my back, the Spinal Cord. Whenever I try to slightly move my head forward, from side to side, my shoulders around or my body itself, it aches and hurt. If I leave it still, it aches. The pain reaches from behind near my cerebrum and down to my shoulder. The pain is more severe on the middle of my neck within the spinal cord. It feels like snapping apart if I move my head roughly.
I also have been having this extreme head ache for weeks whenver I exercise behind my head. It spread all the eyes to my eyes, and I've been having little pain soon after. It got better.
I tried going to the doctor, but apparently they always make excuses not to get my head checked up. I was informed by them that I have not enough sugar in my blood from my information. False.
Any urgent help would be much appreciated.
Thank you.
