Unfortunately I have to agree. I saw the Exorcist for the very first time on Halloween night at the BFI back in 94, and I wondered what the fuss was all about. Really wanted it to be as scary as the reputation precedes it. But for me it did nothing. Sorry.
Blimey; I was there at the same time as you! Please tell me you wasn't one of the audience that laughed at various points during the film. Awful print they had in those days.
