I became a lacto-vegetarian a few weeks ago, not for animal reasons, just to become healthier, but I'm not getting enough protein as I don't like the nuts and beans, they taste rotten!
But anyway, I'd feel as though I was failing, you know, I was going so good and then I'd break it. I don't want to let myself down but I don't want to get a protein deficiency either.
So what should I do????
