Eating Chicken and Fish again?

I became a lacto-vegetarian a few weeks ago, not for animal reasons, just to become healthier, but I'm not getting enough protein as I don't like the nuts and beans, they taste rotten!
But anyway, I'd feel as though I was failing, you know, I was going so good and then I'd break it. I don't want to let myself down but I don't want to get a protein deficiency either.
So what should I do????
 
If you are doing it for a matter of health you should try eating less meat. I was a vegetarian for 3 years and when I started to have a craving for meat I quit... what I'm trying to say I guess is: Listen to your body, it will tell you what you need!
