The question mark and parenthesis are available on the "Euro" keypad, but you have to use the alternate key, or whatever they call it in the manual.
Mine is labeled "NOKIA E61-1" and "MADE IN FINLAND," but came with a properly sized English manual. (someone in another thread several days ago mentioned receiving an unreadably small English manual)
