DYNO Numbers for Baggers???

Get away from the piggy back junk tunners These aftermarket tuner like Power Commander, Fuel Moto, SE race tuner, are all a little to be desired because under extreme riding conditions nothing changes Such as altittude change In general riding prefrences,,,,The way to go is Thundemax Autotune This does away with the Harley Factory ECM and replace with a Thundermax ECM... What people dont realize is this ECM works just like one in your autos Constantly reads monitors the engine and makes the necessary AFR ,Timming,Injector pulse Adjustment on it own,Becauser it does this the motor is less subject to all the valve train noise most of ya here and also keeps the motor running cooler as well, wich is a good thing,, I run A motor configuration that there is no maps for by any manufacture Its a 96 cubic in motor with a set of 106 s&s jugs with 4in flattops wich makes my motor a 109.74 cu in motor ,577 redshift cams, Heads Ported Polished And Decked, Fueling Race Pump, Zippers 54 mm Throttle Body V n Hines 2n1 propipe Now I wont give you my dyno Stats But when you pull 2nd gear at 5500 rpm will your bike smoke the rear tire about 14 foot Im 300lbs and we know what thye bikes way 07 Ultra Bagger (PS Stay away from Screaming Eagle Parts also Junk)

You mind sharing why you won't post your dyno stats or a dyno graph? Your recommendations sound rather suspicious when you finish your post by suggesting you "won't" share your dyno since you clearly have one. What gives????

SE RT is NOT a piggy back system. PC is. Thundermax is good, I have no problems with thundermax. gra it i've only been involved with a few of them, I guess some people have a problem with dropping a grand on fuel management. I have the SERT on my bikes, and I have never had a problem with them, I have tuned a crap load of SERTs and SESTs, never had a problem with them either. Tuned quit a few PC's with pretty good results as well, although it's not my favorite tuner, it does a decent job for the money. There's no MAPS for my configuration by any manufacturer either, that's why they have dyno tuning. You would get the same results with your bike with SERT and a proper dyno tune. My bike isn't broken in and full tuned yet, so as far as a 14 foot long burn out shifting into 2nd, I can't tell you yet. I can say that I am making 123 LBS of TRQ at 4500 RPM and it was climbing pretty good. And my tune is pretty far off. Besides, when you are spinning your tire i'll be the bike pulling away from you, i'd much rather have my bike hook up then spin tires. I wonder why you won't share your dyno sheet? or your stats?

Hello everyone I,ll post some Dyno numbers. Here,s what i,m running.
2007 Streetglide with S&S 106" big bore kit.The S&S cyl. are 3.927" and the bore is 4.937" with stock 96"twin cam stroke of 4-3/8. I think the pistons are wiseco
The heads were sent out and ported and polished, new intake valves 1.940" and exhaust valves 1.570 etc.
S&S easy start 585 cam
S&S lifters
S&S push rods
Jim,s roller rockers
Jim,s 58mm throttle body kit. The kit comes with an eliptical manifold. We were recomended to install larger injectors than come,s with the kit for my set-up
Bassani 2 into 1 road rage exhaust pipes
Thundermax auto tune ECM
The first dyno run I made was with this setup and a set of super trapp 2 into 1 supermegs with 15 disc,s and a little different base map on the thunder max ecm.It made 98.40 hp. and 99.74 torque. Then I replaced the super trapps with the bassani,s and a different base map for the thundermax and made a little better number,s. 101.86 hp. and 103.95 torque. As soon as I can find some smaller head gaskets 30 thousands or close to that we are going to shave the heads a little to increase compression. I,m not completely happy with those dyno numbers for this motor but it runs extremely well and is alot of fun when you twist the throttle wide open. You better be holding on.My buddy that does the dyno, eric benett says that all the bikes he has seen with the thundermax,s have lower numbers than the pcIII ecm,s. The trade off is when you change altitude,s such as mountains or deserts the thundermax auto tunes it self and the guys with pc III,s loose a little something. PC has a new auto tune with there PC5 and I,m thinking og going to that.Eric has told me that he really thinks that this bike should be pulling much better numbers. So until we find the right combo I,m going to keep having fun with what I have LOL.
