You probably won't start disliking Brenda until S2. That's when she begins to become a bipolar self involved bratty bitch. Hate the way she treats Dylan and Andrea.

I actually like her in the first season. She's relatable and normal.

I pretty much hate Brandon from the pilot though. He is seriously an emotional tyrant. He doesn't get his way, even when it is so irrational and idiotic, he yells, makes cutting, cruel remarks, and is generally mean and disrespectful. How anyone sees this guy as a boyscout is beyond me.

It's like when the characters on Dawson's Creek keeps telling Dawson that he is "one of the good ones" with "that big thumping heart" of his. The dude was a straight up douche that pulled the same crap Brandon does. Self righteous. Idiotic idealogy, twisted ideas about relationships, and the need to be better than their best friends. Yeah, what a real winner.

I don't like David that much either. But when the show starts to focus mainly on Kelly, Steve, and Dylan, it gets a lot better. I think that's why I prefer S4, 5, 9, and 10. But I do love the parts of S3 that are just Kelly and Dylan. It kind of falls apart in between. :lol:
 
You put a bunch of young adults in a very contained space with a hardcore selfish bitch (or at least their seclusion made her seem that much worse) and they are going to plot ways to take her down. At least, that's been my experience. :lol:

The end of S5 was such bliss for me. I've never been more excited about a couple reuniting like that. Even though she chose herself. :pout: Those scenes we did get were just fabulous.
 
They just looked so perfect at prom. Old Hollywood. Soft. Glamorous. :love:

And it further solidified that he completely chose Kelly and was in love with her. I wish we got to see the San Francisco trip. :sigh:

Well, Steve could from time to time, but that might be why they liked Brandon so much. Because he didn't have money, maybe they assumed that made him down to earth. It didn't, but I think they wanted to be more grounded on some things. You don't take away their money though. They don't like it when they're broke. :lol:

I think Andrea comes into her own in S2 and 3. Then they destroy her character in S4 and beyond...

Kelly really comes into the show in S2. I think that's when the show started realizing that she was the bankable leading lady and pushed SD more towards the back and JG to the front. By s3 and s4, it was clear who the female star of the show was.
