I really think Kelly was being setup to be the main character in S3. And Luke's idea of having her be with Dylan worked out perfectly for the writers. Making her a part of a main coupling was the perfect opportunity to give her more screentime. And their summer together gave her emotional depth. :sigh:

I'm hungry. I want cereal, but we have no bowls. I'd have to wash one and I'm too lazy. So I'm substituting breakfast with coffee. That's pretty much it right now. Not much going on. :lol:

:nod: I didn't mind Brenda in the beginning. My mom told me I was gonna hate her and I kept waiting for my hate to take over but it didn't. I didn't mind her at all. THEN about 10 episodes in, I hated her.
 
I didn't like Brandon mostly because he was so disrespectful to his parents, specifically Jim. I just can't abide direspect to elders. It's a Midwest thing. :lol:

That's mostly why I didn't like Marissa Cooper either. Okay, so her mothers the Demon Lady who slept with her ex boyfriend. Overall, she was a good mom. Marissa could have been better to her.

As for Emily, all I can think of with the other girls is them calling Emily a slut in the hallway, which wasn't fair but all of us are guilty of. It's not anywhere near the ball park of what Brenda does.

See, I don't understand why Dylan stuck with her that long either. It's beyond me. :confused: I can understand him loving her in the beginning and whatever, but then it just becomes ridic.
