Yes, but they canceled the DVD releases at episode 52.

Thus, there's a good chance no one will EVER legally own the second half of the dub, all because it's not Naruto or Bleach.
 
His whole character was mangled in the dub, not to mention I believe GT's dub removed his most badass line ever: "I'm an Earthling with a Saiyan's pride!"
 
Because of that is why many fans of DBZ consider the dub to be FUNi Black Sheep since they always seem to mess it up. The only time I went into an in depth look about it was the DaizEX podcast about it. People complain that they ruined the masters for DBZ because of that process.
 
I'll buy it only if Kara EdwarRAB rightfully returned to reprise the role of Adult Videl in GT. I just hated how she was replaced with Lucy Small in the 1st FUNi English dub of GT.
 
Meh, I don't really care about that since I just modify it to be Fullscreen with my DVD Player, which is completely legal since it's an original option on the DVD player.



What is this Dragon Box Set that I keep on hearing about, and where can I buy it new?
 
It was a set sent to people who ordered it in Japan, with only Japanese language track. The footage was remastered to perfection, and every ounce of Dragon Ball animation was put into a set one way or another - from the episodes to the commercials. It's pretty much impossible to find nowadays, since they only made enough for the people that asked for it.

Hopefully, someday, FUNi can get ahold of those masters and re-release the entirety of DB/Z/GT. Someday...
 
That'll be never. Also, that DragonBox costs around $700 + each. What are the chances of FUNimation putting the DBZ series on Blu-ray disc? How many episodes can be put on a Blu-ray disc?
