Dragon Ball GT Season 1 DVD Talkback

Ooh, no. That was one of the best things about the character. One of my main problems with DragonBall is that late in the series, everyone and their mother can transform into a Super Saiyan. The LAST thing we needed was another one. In fact, if it hadn't been for the writers' need to make every male Saiyan transform, the GT TV Special would have been perfect in my eyes.

But regardless, I quite liked Pan too. The dub made her much less likeable by giving her extra mean dialogue (especially in many of the "Lost Episodes"), but original Pan I thought was a good character. She's probably the only character that actually develops in GT.

Trust me, when you've seen other anime (*cough*Cyborg 009 and Bo-bobo*cough*) that only get a measly 8 episodes released, you tend not to feel distressed when only 13 episodes are missing (which is only, like, a 1/12th of Dragon Ball's episode count).

It's a bit of a shame that Blue Water's dub will never have a DVD release as it's actually somewhat better, or rather hearing some of their voices is quite refreshing.
