Dragon Ball Era favorite

DBZ i guess.
DB was a little old for me and my GAWD anyone who can watch GT deserves recognition coz that sh*t bores me to tears.

plus DBZ spawned some pretty cool video games. Budokai 3 being the best imo

I thought Z was the best. Dragonball was great as a prequel where the characters are fresh and starting on the ladder and z was when they were in their prime. GT was okay, but the stories weren't solid enough so too many 1 episoders.

GT was okay. But the series had way too much to do with the whole "next level of super saiyan" deal. Which to me lowered it in the likeness scale for me.

Actually, I dunno about GT but Toriyama has said that he did in fact write DBZ as it went along. Since GT isnt Toriyama's work, there is no telling how it was developed...

Back on topic.

I havent seen many episodes of Dragonball, but what I did see didnt really excite me too much. Dragonball GT is a load of **** that should have never been thought of ever. EVER!!!!

Dragonball Z is my favorite easily. Though many complain about the last two story arcs. I loved the series all the way through. Everything is classic.

Dragonball was my favourite of the three, the power levels were not too high so we could see some really nice hand to hand corabat which also made it more exciting when they did pull off there special moves, as it was the original series characters like Tien, Yamcha, Krillin and Piccolo were used with great effect unlike Z or GT.

yeah especially since (as i mentioned before) from what i hear ( i could be wrong) but super sayan was supposed to be the ultimate and the author planned to end dbz at the frieza saga but ended up continuing it, which is why imho pre frieza dbz is better then post frieza.

In the term of entertainment, I liked Dragon Ball.
But DBZ excited me more often, even though the story line was really repetitive.
oh, and screw the spirit borab. >(

Dragon Ball GT was meh. lol
it has nice opening song though :P

I'd say Dragon Ball is the best. Dragon Ball Z is what I grew up watching, but the obscenely drawn-out fight scenes tend to grate on the nerves after a while. DB just had the best corabo of everything, really.

I remeraber liking Dragon Ball Z much much more. GT i cant remeraber much because i neve rreeally payed attention and DragonBall was ok i watched it occasionally

For me it isn't even a contest, DBZ was special, not that the other two weren't good, but DBZ had the best charachters at their best i think, especially vegeta, goku, teen gohan and trunks. it was just amazing must see viewing. the fights were amazin as well it was genius. As simple as that.

P.S DB GT sorta sucked a bit

Nuff Said..

Except that GT Was Horrible..I dont remeraber much from it but I Remeraber that.. it seemed so rushed when I watched it..like they just gave up half way through..
The Only Complaint I Have about DBZ is that They Hyped up the Super Saiyan Thing, & Then...Gotenks & Trunks Achieve it at Age 7 ...Nonsense...
After that It just got out of Hand..They Achieved ss3 in like 6 hours..wtf..

Oh & The Android/Cell Saga is the BEST...Period..

dragon ball, the early years is easily my fav. the humor is top notch, and the fighting tournaments are entertaining. it's not as drawn out with long fight scenes as dbz, and i really miss the humor when reading dbz too. db>dbz..and dr slump>dbz, no doubt.

I liked Dragon Ball. Z was ok, but as they got powered up there were no fight scenes. Just a couple of flickers because they moved so fast, and then whos special ability is stronger. Dragon ball was more hand to hand, an occasional special attack, and with out all that ssj crap.

I Guess the Thing to Keep in mind is that DBZ is A Matured Version of DB. Its Not Supposed to Be humourous. Which is why its (Arguably) The Greatest Action Anime of All Time..

Dragonball Z for me but i prefer the early Dragonball Z over the later episodes, up to the end of Freeza saga was magic and even after that was good but complications came into play.

I enjoyed Z the most, but I couldn't hang on too well after the Cell arc. Only saw a few episodes of Dragonball and thought they were great. Probably would have enjoyed it more than Z, but Z burned me out so much that I couldn't commit myself to watching any more Dragonball. I was completely uninterested in GT and never watched an episode.
