I just turned fifteen and I am a freshmen in high school. I've been weight lifting and I was wondering if I've been stunting my growth. I've looked into protein powder but I'm not too serious about it yet. I want to get big so I can make varsity baseball next year and my coach says I just need to hit the ball hard.
I am 5' 7'' and weigh about 125-130 (last time I weighed was one month ago)
My dad is 6 foot exactly and my mom is about 5' 3''.
I feel like I have a lot of growing to go since I am not fully done with puberty (barely getting any armpit hair maybe like three or four per side haha) but I still want to grow really tall!
