Yesterday I ate a tin of fish in pitta bread,a salad with some noodles in it and tofu with salad for dinner,I had some fruit in the day too.The day before I had been exercising hard at the gym,if that makes a difference,and the evening before I had deliberatly made myself sick once.Then last night,I was feeling dizzy and having numbness and pains,so I quickly ate a lot.Was what I ate really too little.I ate about the same the day before and other days.
