Does the kyocera laylo have a loud number pad?

it drives my stpdad crazy when my keypad is soooo clicky that he almost cant hear the tv (this is w/ sound off) so i want to make sue, that this phone has relatively quiet keys
i have the ke volume off, but the keys are super clicky and annoying
 
I honestly don't know but am a bit confused at your concern. Go into the keypad settings (customize audio) and set volume off, so no worry. I always do with all my devices, since to me any sound is distracting. Note no affect on any other sound portions will occur.
