I know I want to move to SoCal, or possibly San Francisco, but I don't want to get stuck in a city that is lame and all about the weather. It better have culture and sophistication! That's why I decided against San Diego, because there's no culture according to most people. Does L.A. have culture? I know, it's smoggy and dirty, but idc! What about SF in terms of culture?
Does Los Angeles have a lot in the way of culture and the arts?
