in other words, he is in WAY OVER HIS HEAD

He has no idea how to govern...that's why all he does is campaign.

I guess Joe Biden was right when he said about Obama that "the Presidency does not lend itself to on the job training"
and looking at the painfully slow response to the Gulf Oil disaster Hillary was right when she said Obama was not the guy you want "answering that 3am phone call"
 
Both, actually. Obama wants the title but he doesn't want the responsibility that goes along with it. There are many people to blame in this situation, and Obama is certainly one of them. They need to just get off their butts and take some action. I was listening to Neil Boortz, a Libertarian-Conservative radio talk host, and learned weeks back of the 'A Whale' ship up in Virginia that had been sitting there dormant this whole time. Reasons for it not being in use: the government had not yet inpected it (Coast Guard); and there "might" be an oil leak and it would be needed up there. This ship is designed to skim up to 21-million gallons a day! By day 70, the other skimmers in the gulf had only skimmed about 60-million gallons since they started. Even after it finally arrived, the EPA is running test to see the effects of the water that is seperated from the oil that goes back into the water...lol! It's like scooping a cup of DDT out of a DDT barrel, then testing to see what the effects would be before pouring it back in. The A Whale removes most of the oil from the water, but a very small percentage of it may go back in the water. You see, this is the efficiency we get from the government, and they want to controll the entire country, for cying out loud?!
