Does biking help reduce overall body weight or just slims down legs?

i bike every day for about 30 minutes at 90 rpm, but i'm not sure whether it burns fat from my entire body or just legs. although i have seen some weight loss on the scale but my upper body still looks bulky :(

You'll never have to worry about any exercise burning fat off from only one place.

The body uses that fat stores from all throughout the body.
