Does anyone know if you can play without a kicker on CBS Sportsline fantasy football?

I have EVERYONE on BYE this week & I would have to drop someone to get a kicker. I was going to play without one but it says that I have an "illegal" team. Does anyone know - can I play without a kicker or do I have to put one in?

Please only answer if you definitely know. This is a matter of me forfeited a game vs. losing a key player (we're talking Anquan Boldin, Matt Ryan, Michael Turner, etc.)
