Now i heard that Class A/B amps use a lot of power to run and Class D amps use less power to run but are better at lower frequencies and made just for subs. Can someone help me with this. Also I Have a Pioneer ts-w257d4 10" sub is a Hifonics BXi1208D amp good enough to push it.(HARD!!!!!)

yes this is true class d will use less power and give more wattage(more efficiant) but at the sacrafice of sound quality

class a or b or ab alluse more power(less efficiant) but will give you much tighter bass they do a better job of returning the voice coil to its original position.

class a, b, a/b, d can all be for highs or bass but if your looking into a specific amp and want to know look at the rating called frequency response on the amp that is the frequencys the amp will play
for subs generally around 10-250 Hrz
for highs generally around 200-10,000 Hrz
those rating will vary from amp to amp
