Well, about three months ago I hot diagnosed with Appendicitis. No problem the docs said, it was minor enough right there I could take Penicillin pills and the infection would die. Well, I got to taking them, and of course with my luck the infection somehow was a tough strand and just mutated. Ok, no problem the doc said, take THESE pills now. They where a synthetic penicillin that should annihilate the mutated infection.
Well ok, so I took them. I was wondering why the doctors didn't just suggest surgery ASAP but whatever, I didn't go to Harvard or anything so I listened in. Now, I thought the infection was good as dead, no more pain, but I was good boy and took all of my pills normally until they where gone. But the pain still was there in my side. I go back to the hospital and they said I need surgery, but I will get it in a week and a half. They said my Appendix was about at what they called critical, but would last me at least another half month.
I was in school walking to the door to go to my locker, and the pain spiked to all hell. I dropped too the ground and couldn't stand, It just wouldn't stop hurting. A couple of my classmates thought I was screwing around until I started yelling a little. That got the teacher to sprint too the intercom to request the ambulance. Well, I had three other students, two girls and one of my friends sitting around me panicking, and they stayed like that until the paramedics finally got there.
I felt like I was about to explode while I was in the ambulance. The Paramedic had the bright idea of asking me if I was in pain, which I curtly replied with a Fuck You. I get to the hospital, and they tell me too grab the rail of the bed thing as hard as I can. Soon after, I get a LONG needle stuck in my side which I could only guess as some form of infection killer or something, because it only made me burn even more. A little after that, I got put too sleep and they did they're doctor stuff. Well, after I woke up in the hospital bed, I felt like complete and total shit for the next week. After that I started to feel a little better but it was a slow recovery.
Now, the most recent horrible news for me, I went in for my checkup two days ago. I asked if having a faint pain in my side still is normal, the doctor frowned and started poking and prodding. He told me that during my Appendectomy, they didn't remove all of the appendix's tissue, and the remaining tissue is still infected and trying to keep the infection alive and spread. He said, I may need another surgery here soon. That sucks because A. I'm so sick of the doctors, and yes, a little afraid of surgery. And B. he told me that if I have the surgery then I will miss the first quarter of my Football season, and this year I made starting Varsity defensive line, and if I miss that, then the rest of my season is going to be shit. I forgot to ask if there wasn't any alternative to surgery or anything so, I'm freaking out right now!
