Doctor, Nurse or someone very educated please help!!!?

Yes, go to walk in or ER pronto. You could possibly deveolping a system wide infection known as sepsis. Do not wait. Bring with you any and all medications you have been on. There are many possiblities...You may have ulcerative colitis...depending on what your stools look like or it could be chrones disease or Inflammatory bowel syndrome. Not sure but either way you need to be seen relatively soon. The chills indicate you could be developing an infection.
 
I have had loose stool for 2 months and I have been to the doctor once to get tested for H.Pylori and it came back negative. they gave me some antibiotics to take and i have finished them. I am geting worse and having horrible gas gurgling and pains. I have a hunch it could be an Ulcer, but I do not ever vomit.. just diarrhea. The last 4 days i have gotten the cold shivers really bad and I am pretty scared. I have a docs appointment thursday in 5 days, should I try to get to a walk in doctor pronto or do you have any advice what it could be? PLEASE HELP!!!!
