Perhaps in the sense that I grew up overseas, then made a career in the Navy, visiting so many countries and peoples. I've been exposed to many cultures and am perhaps a little bit more tolerant of differences than some.

I'd like to think so. I studied cultural anthropology in college and have been fortunate to live around various people from all walks of life. I have traveled out of the country and have lived in 3 different states.
