Do you think wearing a "fashion" head like scarf is insulting to other cultures.?

Lately I've been really into the 1920-1930s and in that time they wore like scarves on their head... I love wearing head scarves with dresses. I think it's a lovely statement. Do you think it's insulting to different cultures to wear one? My mom does...
I especially love to wear a solid colour black dress... a head scarf... with over sized square framed glasses. It's very audrey hepburn-esque. And she is my idol...
 
i think it might be confused for being part of the Muslim religion.

I think that it's a sign of disrespect not to wear the head scarf rather than wearing on in their culture.

So i can't see how you can lose, so if you like it. Then do it.
