Do you think the EU will end up as a monolithic fascist superstate with only one

culture? I'm Scottish, worried that as our little culture only has 5 million people,it could be dwarved by bigger cultures within the EU,such as the German or French cultures.

What you mean like that other federation of states?
Well I suppose historically if it's successful then.....yes.
Perhaps the saving grace may be that local populations are much more rooted in their cultures than our current example of a 'superstate'.

As far as the Scots go, I have lived overseas all my life. There is no WAY that Scottish culture will disseminate. They have colonies everywhere, and remain the same. And they have been dwarfed by England for centuries but are currently running us;-)

A cultureLESS superstate until the inevitable Islamification due to the ingress of immigrants and extreme birthrate.

The EU already consider cultures and national identities to be harmful to its core principles.
Our leftist education system has already been rewriting history and brainwashing our schoolchildren into semi educated automatons of the state, happily mouthing new labour muslim worship for the last decade.

Grab you gun pack some supplies and fight to keep what we have fought and worked for over the last thousand years.

never ever ever will it.

the no at the 2007 constitution made sure of that.

the eu is an economic collaboration, nothing more. it will not interfere with education, cultural or law issues.

I think you need to look at this rationally.
If you believe everything you read in the papers then I can understand that you have this belief that the EU is all bad and has no good points at all.
Looking back in history, in the 19th century there was no German state. There was a collection of tiny dukedoms no doubt with their own little cultures. The same applies to Italy - there were several kingdoms all with their own kings, but no real clout in the world.
I'll give you some examples of fascist states -
The Nazi third reich
The Soviet Union
Communist China
Iran
Burma
North Korea
There is no way you can compare the EU with these.
Scotland won't lose it's cultural identity in the EU. In fact those who advocate independence (SNP) are keen to enhance it within the EU.
