country?Who should decide ultimately? Culture is a way of living, passed out from generations to generations... its how most people have been brought up, so should they just change their beliefs because a country, like France, says it should?
The country one lives in, has its rules and regulations, and one needs to abide by them. So what does one do? Follow the Quran or the country?
