Don't get me wrong - I'm all for interracial relationships. It seems like people, especially Americans, are making too much of a big deal out of it.

Do you think interracial relationships are somewhat overrated? Why are people obsessed with skin color? Do you think culture is overrated?

yes. its not the people's fault they were born black, asian, etc. its how their ancestors were a dapted and where they have come from. their backround...what's the difference if your ancestors lived in india than canada. youre the same person.

i think you phrased it wrong. Interracial couples are not overated but they are unnecessarily made a big deal out of. Culture is definetly not overated, it is what makes you, you. Im proud to be a nigerian and i am sad for the people that dont have any culture at all, like so many Americans. Dont get me wrong, i was born here in America, but my parents were not and they taught me about my African roots.
