Do you have the ability to separate drug induced creativity from honest real creativity?

Why is it that as soon as someone steps outside the norm and produces original honest creative ideas are they automatically judged as being drug influenced. Do you people seriously believe that we don't have the potential to think like this naturally. Are you scared of people who think things you have never imagined before?

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)
