When you see something weird, unusual, or shocking, do you mention it to people you know or to the offender.

BQ Which gender is more polite?
Like when I see Fex's big b00bs in her avatar.
 
My manners are not flawless, most of the time I try and manage just fine but sometimes I get upset and forget to use my manners.

I'd say that both genders have those who are great with manners and who are terrible with them. I don't think gender effects manners.
