Do You Decorate For Holidays?

Truthfully, all of my decorations cost a total of only $20 because I shopped at the dollar store and a salvage store. And I got the vintage candle sconces at a yard sale for just $1. It's more fun when things don't cost much.

And I guess I did a little stuffed animal decoration, too, because Ollie and Annabelle only sit on the sofa in the autumn.

I think it's because there are almost always windows behind them.
 
I do, I keep getting decorations because the place always doesn't seem full enough. But I like going places cheap and finding nice things or making things of my own.
 
For christmas, my roomate and I are going all out for christmas. I think it's because both of our families are going to be in the same roof. She doesn't mind it. Christmas is our favorite holiday.
 
Lem, as always, your house looks like something from a magazine about country lifestyle. :D

I decorate with stuffed animals. Things like a stuffed cat dressed in a pumpkin costume. :lol:
 
I like to decorate for autumn...it's my favorite time of year. :nod: But I only decorate in a few places just for fun.

I put autumn leaves in a big kettle on the fireplace hearth (the fake kind of autumn leaves, unfortunately--our trees won't change color until nearly December).

And I like to put autmn stuff on the buffet in the kitchen. There's an autumn leaves tablecloth on the table, too.
