Do Persian men like Persian girls or girls outside their own ethnicity/culture?

like for example, a lot of African-American men like blonde girls...are Persian men like this too?
 
Yeah, they do.

But usually, for marriage they will tend to stick with persian girls, but for dating and even fooling around they don't mind girls outside their own culture/ethnicity

(BTW, I know this is generalising, but persian/iranian guys like to fool around alot, and to them it really just matters if you are goodlooking or not. I know that sounds really bad, and yes not all of the persian guys are like that, but I've been to Iran before and I've met ALOT of persian guys like that. But if this guy isn't living in iran//grew up in a different country/culture he could be different, alot of iranian-americans don't act the same as iranians back in iran for example)
