just say that? Why Americans say they like other cultures but they criticize Americans who have accents and can't speak exactly like whites?
People who lose their accent and speak like whites generally start losing their parents culture. It's true.. look at the Asian white washed who don't know nothing about their parents culture cause they grew up as other americans do and just use English and....then you see many of them in Universities trying to rediscover their identity.
So White americans want people to Speak the same English they do...and at the same time they say they like diversity of cultures in America. that's totally contradictory.
