a friend of mine, not me because I'm happily married, has been constantly telling me about how much she's attracted to this Korean guy in her class. Mind you she's African American, so she's a little afraid to go to him for fear of rejection, so how could she go about approaching him without it feeling awkward and embarrassing between the 2 of them? Pls help because I don't know how much more of this I can take! ^ - ^

why do people think that??? that gets so annoying. you know how many times i've been asked that? im korean and i have no problem dating a girl outside of my race. we're mostly shy because american media doesn't really glorify asian guys and we think women actually fall into that. tell your friend to approach the korean guy and i guarantee you he will be incredibly flattered and surprised

According to IR statistic, korean men are the most in asian countries who are willing to date outside of their race.

Tell your friend not to be desperate and to go slow. First, get more chances to interact with that guy and let him feel the best side of hers instead of throw herself into a guy, which may generate an adverse effect.

It depends on the guy. Obviously there are some Korean guys that date outside their race because there are so many Mixed Asians out there.

At the church I attend there are many Korean/White and korean/Black couples.

She should try getting to know him better, maybe flirt a little and go off of the vibes he gives her. You can always tell if a guy’s into you, no mater what color he is.
