Do i still have more space on my ipod touch if it says capacity of 7.0Gb and

available space of 367mg? HELP!? okay so i have a 8gb ipod touch and it says it has a capacity of 7gb and available space of 366mg.
I have 185songs (1.04gb) 12videos(1.42gb) 136apps(3.76gb) and other (444.9mg) and it says i only have 366.9mg of free space
does this mean i have used up all the 8gb memory or can i still download more cause when i sync my ipod to itunes it says that i need more memory to sync other songs/movies??? please help
 
you only have 366 megabytes of memory left so either get rid of some apps you dont use or do something if you want to put other things on it
