Do I need to upgrade my electrical system to support my car stereo?

I have a 97 dodge avenger with 2 rockford p2600 amps and 1 rockford 800 watt amp, 2 15'' kicker subs, 2 -6 1/2'' polk audio, 2-- 6x9 polk audio. It sounds good but when I turn up the radio I can hear the sounds cuts down when the bass hits or when I turn on lights or press the brake pedal. What else can I do to fix that problem?
 
i say get a nice sized battery first and see how the lights dim then then just get some good wires if needed and upgrade big three which is pretty cheap
 
Since the car stereo is the most important thing in the car and in your life, spend every single penny you have, but fix this problem.
